Show the floor, not just the tail.

Most personal-development organizations publish their top decile and bury the rest. We publish the distribution across two independent instruments — written self-report and video interview — coded by the same rubric, combined by rule, never averaged.

100% self-filed. 1,761 uP! Life Reports from 752 committed participants — 462 of them across two or more checkpoints — spanning 2023–2026. “Committed” means attended a uP! core event at least twice within a year. Nothing here is a survey we pushed; every data point is a participant’s own report. Reporting is recurring and participant-paced (median ~1.5/yr): among participants reporting for a year or more, 81% have two or more checkpoints — single-report cases are predominantly recent joiners, not one-and-done.

Two returns the form never asks for — and most people raise anyway.

Everything above is something we ask. Quality of Life and Clarity of Thought are not on the form — they were coded from what participants volunteer in their own words. So read them differently: the figures are conservative lower bounds (unasked — the true rate is at least this), and a “no mention” is silence, not a measured floor. Unprompted is the point: it answers the objection a rated survey invites — you led them to it.

And the return here is a different category than coaching or training: it moves five life-areas at once, years faster, and compounds for decades. All nine dimensions are tracked on every measured participant — not just the ones that moved. Limited or no measurable change on a dimension is recorded as a flat line in the longitudinal archive (§2), not omitted. This is the same instrument that answers the survivorship-bias objection and the cost-vs-ROI objection — the return is measured across the whole life, not the most photogenic axis.

Personal Evolution operates at a capability layer beneath every visible life-area. If the methodology works, shifts propagate across Business, Health, Family, Career, Personal Genius simultaneously. The archive holds the evidence twice — once as quantitative trajectories (each axis coded for change across the participant’s real checkpoints), once as qualitative testimony (the capability shift that produced the number, in the participant's own words). Each side links to the other.

§3 · Methodology

Two channels, both live as of June 2026. Channel 1: the uP! Life Report — a participant-filed self-assessment (1–10 across ~20 life-areas mapped to the five axes, plus a before/after narrative), filed between events at the participant’s own pace (one to six reports each, median ~1.5/yr, 2023–2026), coded for change, not current state. Channel 2 (now live): pre/post video interviews, observer-coded — the non-self-report channel, coded to the same rubric, combined per the N6 rule (gain confirmed if either channel shows it).

Phase 04

Re-installation

Criteria-driven, not automatic. Re-installation occurs only when verification data shows a specific capability has not propagated or has degraded.

  • Triggered by verification findings, not by sales
  • Targets the specific axis or capability that didn't land
  • Re-measured against the original baseline

What is being installed: capability in named domains, with behavioural markers, not feelings.
How “installed” is measured: behavioural change in the original context, sustained across repeated checkpoints — not in-session emotional intensity.
What is proprietary: the codified four-phase protocol, the multi-axis simultaneous instrument, and the certification standard for Installation Artists.
What builds on prior work: the NLP modelling tradition (including direct mentorship from John Grinder), Moshe Feldenkrais on plasticity, and twenty years of named geniuses across multiple domains.

§4 · Limitations & Boundaries

Who this doesn't work for. What this is not.

Honesty about boundaries is part of what makes this a discipline rather than a hype cycle. Most personal-development organisations don't publish a limitations section. We do.

What this is not

  • Not therapy. Therapy treats dysfunction. We install capability above baseline function.
  • Not classical coaching. Coaching supports execution. We change what's possible to execute.
  • Not NLP — though it builds on NLP traditions. EIT is a codified methodology distinct from any prior practice.
  • Not religious or spiritual. No beliefs required. Protocols and measured outcomes.
  • Not a guarantee. 7.6% of measured participants show no measurable change or a net decline. The methodology has limits — and we publish the number.

Who this doesn't work for

  • The desperate. Driven is resourceful. Desperate is not. We refuse desperate clients because the work cannot retroactively pay back what desperation has already cost.
  • Anyone seeking a single-session fix. Capability layer work takes months and years. Tactics are faster.
  • Anyone unwilling to be longitudinally measured. If outcomes can't be tracked, the work can't be honest.
  • Anyone whose problem is fundamentally medical, legal, or addiction-cycle. These need the appropriate primary specialist.

Known failure modes

  • Single-axis lift, multi-axis flatline. When this happens, it indicates the work landed at the tactical layer, not the capability layer. Re-installation targets the missed axis.
  • Time-of-life conflict. Participants in active crisis (medical, legal, marital) often cannot benefit until the immediate crisis is stabilised.
  • Misaligned eligibility. When the eligibility filter is bypassed (rare), outcomes drop visibly. We re-tighten when this is detected.

When to choose alternatives

  • For dysfunction: psychotherapy, psychiatry, addiction specialists.
  • For execution support on existing capability: classical coaching is faster and lower-commitment.
  • For domain-specific skill building: a domain expert is usually better and cheaper.
  • For Excellence Installation: when the bottleneck is genuinely capability, not tactic, and you're willing to be measured longitudinally.
§5a · Independent Methodology Review

The science, checked from outside.

The willingness to be observed longitudinally by outside institutions is what separates a discipline from a movement. Two parallel validation tracks operate on this work. §5a — methodology review — answers is the discipline sound? Distinct from §5a above. §5a validates the science; §5b validates the data — that the participants on this page exist, that the checkpoints were collected, that the coding from raw records to outcome buckets is reproducible, and that the headline aggregates ($200M+ revenue, 80% retention, 92K+ life-years) are supportable from the underlying records. The check is performed by an independent professional-services firm under a recognised assurance standard. The findings are published alongside the dataset.

We do not publish the raw participant records as a public download. The complete set — all 1,076 coded participants across both channels, their per-axis trajectories, and the coding rationale — is available to good-faith validators: auditors, research institutions, and journalists, under a short NDA that protects participant privacy. An independent audit — not an open file — is the stronger answer to a skeptic: it pre-empts the question rather than inviting a hunt for a flaw.

Note on numbers shown on this page. The §1 outcomes distribution is real — two-channel combined: 745 Life Report participants (Channel 1, self-report) + 331 video-interview participants (Channel 2, observer-coded), 1,076 total as of June 2026. The §2 cards are a curated sample — each axis trajectory coded per-report from the participant’s own narrative, the same basis as §1. We publish alongside full methodology and limitations because the willingness to be observed is itself the credibility signal.
